Saturday, January 2, 2010 Yup, this is 2010 and I can finally say that my ORD date is next year liao. New year, new resolutions. 1. Get a blog. Or should I say get a new blog. The GP blog should never be counted as one and the previous one was discontinued due to lack of posts. So I should start a new one with updated posts. Whether it will surpass the previous one, well that depends a lot on me, doesn't it. 2. Remember birthdays. It really feels awesome to know that people remember your birthdays. This year, I'm gonna do the same, and facebook is gonna help me out. Army sucks. So the least I can do is get something contraband to fuel my rebellious spirit. Just kidding. This is for all the countless moments when I wished I had a camera but I didn’t. 4. Don’t fall into the debt trap again. Yes I’m in debt for the 4th month already because of a phone with more entertainment value. This ain’t gonna happen this year, I hope. So how I’m gonna fulfil no. 3 I wonder? I’m blaming it on my measly pay, there’s no other reason. 5. Don’t be lazy. This really encompasses many areas and I don’t know where to begin. In short, don’t be a worm. 6. Read more books. To get into the studying mode once again. Nah, actually I’m afraid I will get stupid if I don’t get in touch with books. I’m kinda into Dan Brown after Deception Point. 7. Get a PSP. I just can’t stand people dishing out their PSP while I stand there doing nothing (no offence there). Yup, this year, I’m prepared to see money in a different sense. 8. Watch World Cup. Armed with the full 14 days leave, I’m gonna spam them this coming June and July (there goes Decenber holidays). Come on, pile up more weekend guard duty and exercises for me. Er, I’m kidding about the exercises, don’t take it too seriously. 9. Cut down on fast-food. This is getting out of hand. Must get the right mindset. Less fast-food = more healthy +more savings. 10. Keep fit. Maybe I should rephrase it as ‘get fit’. No worries, somebody will help me accomplish this feat, whether I like it or not. Do remember no. 5. ever wondered why?
