Sunday, February 7, 2010 Just as they were scheduled to release a new US album, things just took a dramatic turn. The Wonder Girls, or rather their producer JYP, decided that they were to release a Chinese album instead. I think a lot has got to do with SunMi's exit. It seems like the US album was postponed in order to replace SunMi's vocals. But never fear, coz SunMi is part of the Chinese album. Yes, when I mean Chinese, I mean they really sing in Chinese, which is closer to the heart. And so the Chinese version of their hit singles Tell Me, So Hot and Nobody will be broadcast on Taiwan Radio from last week onwards. Apparently the world hasn't. From the debut of the original 'Nobody (Korean)' and Nobody Rainstone Remix (Ballad Version, Korean) in Sep 2008, to Nobody (English) in June 2009, it seems that the Nobody Fever has yet to subside. This time, the Wonder Girls have produced another of the 'Nobody' installments in the form of 'Nobody Rainstone Remix (English Version)', out since 290110. What's the difference you say? Their English sucks anyway you say. Well get ready to be surprised, haha, their English have gotten much stronger, even better than me. Sunmi's (Mimi's) voice is a sexy low and Yubin's ballad rap brings with it a whole new dimension to the song. Even SoHee's pitch is well control, and the powerhouses Sun (Sunye) and Yenny (Ye Eun) are still as good as ever. ever wondered why?
